The summer is coming!
Here is it again, my favourite park and Family sessions. I have a lot of clients that need family pictures as someone from abroad is coming for a visit. This time my friend had his Mom coming from Latvia. Him and his brother are living in Calgary. Their Mom came to Canada for the first time. I took them to the Pearce Estate park, the place that I found and fell in love for it’s beauty and hidden pretty locations.
My friend’s Mom, Svetlana, never had experience with professional photography sessions. I got used to work with inexperienced clients, so she did very well and followed my instructions. You don’t really need any special reason to have your pictures done at least annually or once in a couple years, but if you do, get one when your parents come! This year I had several family sessions with parents from far away. It’ harder to work with big amount of people but it’s still a fun! At the beginning elders are usually suspicious (ha ha)! Kids and elders are pretty similar: getting bored quickly, impatient sometimes. It’s such a pleasure to learn people! Learning helps me to adjust to any situation at work. I was very excited about my session with this little one simply because most of all I adore working with kids! When I do family session I have just a little time with kids separately, here I could pay my full attention to him and details we wanted to capture.

I met this family a while ago when the small little guy was in mommy’s belly! He was the reason of our meeting and our long frosty session. Now he’s driving a car and kind of a big man! Time flies!!!
